New companies

Main advantage of a newly-founded company is the absence of any history, changes or renewals to it (business name, registered office, line of business, statutory body or shareholder or registered capital).

Client sets various company parameters by himself - of course with our full and free support - regardless of the number and extent of changes compared to the master corporate documentation.

Corporate documents are made in accordance with applicable legislation, so there is no threat of registration refusal from the Commercial Court based on formal grounds. This is often the case of filings when files are downloaded from the Internet or documents are provided by friends.

Incorporating a corporation

As one of the few corporate services providers, we do incorporate also corporations upon request.Our corporations meet all statutory requirements, including their registration with the Central Securities Depository of the Slovak Republic.

International business companies

We incorporate new companies according to wishes of Clients who, for various reasons, prefer establishment of a brand new company with no history. We handle the whole process of the Company establishment, so the Client is not bothered by additional requirements during the process, except for the initial formalities - authenticated signatures on a Foundation Deed and signatures on the powers of attorney.
