Administration of companies

Company administration service includes provision of statutory and/or supervisory bodies from the PF/ACT, s.r.o. management (nominee services). Nominated statutory bodies act on behalf of the Company in accordance with the local law requirements and exclusively upon instructions of the Client. The service is particularly suitable for companies with foreign equity participation due to removal of the language barriers while dealing with the state administration bodies and the local legislation particularities.
Company administration based on a power of attorney issued by statutory body of the Client is an option too.
